Return policy

A product can be returned after 14 days from receiving the order, only if it is in the condition in which it received to the costumer, unused and not damaged.

You have to follow these steps:

1. Send an email to ofnatbracha@gmail.com with your order number, the reference (s) you want to send back and the reason.

2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label.

3. The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels.

*Original shipping costs are not refunded.

 The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.

If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Please, email us at ofnatbracha@gmail.com  to get a refund on the shipping costs that may be added to your second order.
