Delivery to the doorstep 1-9 business days from the moment of ordering.

Worldwide -

Delivery via Israel Post, and through the national postal services of the country from which the order was placed.

7-21 business days from the date the purchase was made.

You are more than welcome to come pick-up your order from our studio at Jaffa (near the flea market)

Please contact us on Instagram to schedule a pick up.

A product can be returned within 14 days only if it is in the condition in which it received to the costumer, unused and not damaged.

if you want to return an item after reading the terms above,

You have to follow these steps:

1. Send an email to contact@ofnatbracha.com with your order number, the reference you want to send back and the reason.

2. The returned product should be packaged in original condition with the original labels.
