A product can be returned within 14 days only if it is in the condition in which it received to the costumer, unused and not damaged.

if you want to return an item after reading the terms above,
You have to follow these steps:
1. Send an email to contact@ofnatbracha.com with your order number, the reference you want to send back and the reason.
2. The returned product should be packaged in original condition with the original labels.
*Original shipping costs are not refunded.
